About Us

"Brangiosios Uogos" or "The Precious Berries" is a family farm at 55 degrees North in a middle of Europe, Lithuania. Currently we grow blackberries and Shiitake mushrooms. The 2022 season was the first when we were no longer able to eat our own harvest, so we cautiously entered the market. Why Precious Berries? Because they are really not cheap. The clean and extremely precise growing method has its price in the means of time, labor and presents all kinds of logistical challenges, but we are determined to sacrifice everything for such berries, which would be the best possible berries in our region.

For our plants, we have allocated such an area where there are no roads or people nearby, only forests and wild meadows. We happily ignore the fact that we don't get there at all without an SUV, and sometimes we need a tractor to pull it out of mud, or that getting the harvest out is sometimes like evacuating a wounded person from a battlefield - all these little things we accept with pleasure, because they mean that the berries get the best - shelter, warmth, clean air and as much water as they want.

Our berries and mushrooms are 100% handmade products, machinery is used only for getting the harvest out to civilization. The berries are healthy and suitable for children - we eat them directly from the bush ourselves, we wouldn't do that if we sprayed them with any kind of herbicides or other plant protection products. We personally put each berry or mushroom in the box that comesto you. We try to pick for you the most beautiful ones - this is how we build and protect our reputation.

When growing, we seek to preserve soil, water and resources, we try to make our plants flourish, and we adapt to their needs. Constantly trying to stay one step ahead of the weather and other nuances of cultivation brings us a lot of joy, and in the end - exceptional, large, sweet (no sweet and sour, just sweet!) and healthy blueberries and Shiitake mushrooms.

We don't want to change the world, but we want to eat the berries straight from the bush. We dedicate our products to premium quality food seekers.
